Christmas Printables for Preschoolers

I love when I find something online that’s just brilliant! It might be a tip, an idea, or something to keep your preschooler and toddler busy at home! Below I’ve rounded up all the printables that we are using this Christmas Season to add to our preschool programming at home. Lil’ E just joins in for fun…as I am sure many of your curious toddlers do.
Here’s the first one. Lil’ A has already done 8 pages and we are just three days into December!

I like activities that are colourful (although if Lil’ A wants to do it again, she will be doing it on Black and white…this one is very colourful!) and that are simple for preschoolers. You have to keep them moving. A sense that they are accomplishing something quickly seems to keep that attention span just a little longer.

I have two Advent calendars at home. One that I made:

I was inspired by one from Pottery Barn Kids. But I wasn’t inspired enough to pay over 100.00 plus shipping when I knew my hot glue gun and I could make this. (I happened to be really lazy last Christmas, as I had a 7 month old and a 2.5 year old) But you could sew this as well. All the pocket pictures/design was hand stitched during nursing sessions (that were still happening around the clock! Ah, Lil’ E!)

These are some cards that you can put into your advent calendar. I have seen many ideas of where to put these…paper bags, pocket cards strung over the fireplace, etc.

I made some cards before I found some already made for me on Pinterest. Why I didn’t look there first, I don’t know.

Here are a few other Nativity Printables for Preschoolers I have printed and will be using.

It’s always good to check out pins on pinterest before recommending them. I started doing that and realized that half of the printables I was planning on using were not free or were not applicable to preschoolers (in my opinion).

I hope you find these all useful! Drop by our facebook page or post a comment and let us know what you are doing to keep your children busy during this fun and festive season!

Merry Christmas!
