<\/p>\nWell, we have had a busy two weeks. We have officially moved. It was way more emotional for me than I thought. The day before we moved, I was a mess as I walked from room to room in our little house and relived some of the memories. Going through labor for both of my girls (TMI…sorry:) And then bringing both of them home through the back door….the nights spent walking the main floor with Lil’ A….her first steps…the front porch where I spent hours just sitting in the summer during nap time….oh all of it. It was a house where we started our family and started all those great family memories. In a way, I am glad we’ve moved now, before the girls get older and remember a place they called home.<\/p>\n
Lil’ E news: We are into solids! She’s sitting up alone…most of the time! Gotta love milestones coming all at once. Oh, and we have the beginnings of a first tooth! She’s so precious…but we are having trouble getting and staying asleep for longer than an hour or two…until about now (midnight). Needless to say between her and moving, I am exhausted and haven’t had any energy to finish the detailed unpacking…like hanging photos or organizing my bathroom. Nor have I had the chance to write. I thought some people might think I’ve disappeared. Well, I haven’t. I’m just busy. I know, great excuse. But honestly, all you’d hear is a lot of rambling about our move and the amount of trees that were cut down to pack all my stuff into!<\/p>\n
Lil’ A loves the new house. She runs and hides and plays all day long. It’s great because she is always wore out by nap time. Bed time is still something we are working on since moving, but it’s getting better. I may have to pull out the chart again very soon though!<\/p>\n
I love my new house. I will share with you some of the before and after shots soon..as soon as I get them off the camera and onto my computer. Come On- I have to get my tree up first! Lil’ A keeps asking where ours is because she is seeing them everywhere. Hopefully tomorrow, I always say:)<\/p>\n
I had a good cry last Tuesday when we went to our little blue house for the last time. And well, right now, I am crying…but I think that’s because I am overtired. So with that, I say Good Night!<\/p>\n
